If you list an apartment: your name, email, phone number, and the details and photos of the apartment itself. The address and your contact details are never shown to renters — an agent handles the introduction.

If you're looking for an apartment: your name, phone number, optional email, and what you're looking for (area, dates, budget, size).

We use it to match apartments with renters and to contact you about your listing or your search. That's it.

We don't sell your details and we don't share them with anyone outside Holy Land Stays, other than what's needed to close a rental you've asked us to arrange.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site, store photos, send our emails and show maps. They only handle what they need to for that, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking.

As you fill in the listing form, we save your answers and any photos you've already uploaded, so we can pick up where you left off if something went wrong or you got interrupted. If you don't end up listing, we delete all of it after 30 days without contact.

Listings and contact details stay while you're working with us. Unfinished forms — your answers and any photos uploaded — are deleted after 30 days without contact. Ask us any time to remove your details and we will.
